This ensemble of young professional players is one of the most sought after string quartets in the Midlands region, specialising in providing music for weddings and corporate functions. Regularly performing at all sorts of special events, the quartet has built up a reputation for their excellence, reliability and smart appearance.

The many venues they have played at include the G8 Summit in Birmingham, Warwick Castle, (where they are Quartet in residence), Birmingham Art Gallery and Museum and Symphony Hall in Birmingham. In addition the quartet has performed in the presence of her Majesty the Queen in Coventry and for the Mayor of Birmingham. Their TV appearances include appearances on BBC1, Central Television and BBC Midlands Today.

The quartet was formed in 1994 by graduates of the Birmingham Conservatoire and the Royal Northern College of Music. Individual work for the players includes performances with the English Chamber Orchestra, Orchestra of the Swan at Stratford on Avon, Birmingham Royal Ballet and The City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.

The quartet has an impressive range of repertoire that encompasses light classical and popular music drawn from musicals, television themes and popular chart hits. Drawing on a vast and varied repertoire list, and long experience as a quartet they have given countless special days that extra touch of class.
